GDPR - customer records

1. Optik Instruments s.r.o., with its registered office at Purkyňova 649/127, 612 00 Brno, registered in the Company Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, dated 27 November 2007, Sec. C, insert 56 930 in the case of processing and recording of order data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (formerly the "Regulation"), the following personal data:

  • email address
  • title, name and surname
  • name of institution / organization
  • phone number
  • billing information
  • information on purchase history and installed devices

2. The e-mail address, title, name and surname, institution / organization name, phone number, billing information and purchase history and installed device information must be processed to provide services and products, service of installed instruments and for billing. This personal data will be stored by Optik Instruments s.r.o. for 15 years.

3. The processing of personal data is carried out by Optik Instruments s.r.o. a personal data controller, but the following processors can also process personal data for this company:

SLUNEX s.r.o with its registered office in Brno - Žabovřesky, Eleonora Voračické 659 / 22a, 616 00, registered in the Company Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, dated 25.10.1995, sec. C, insert 21191.  

4. Please note that under the Data Protection Act you have the right to:

  • require information from us about your personal data
  • request clarification from us regarding the processing of personal data
  • request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected
  • require us to delete this personal information - but such deletion may result in termination of the contract negotiations,
  • in case of doubts regarding compliance with obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
