Each customer and each laboratory has specific service requirements. That is why we do not have uniform service packages – but we can offer much better approach – we can go through your specific requirements with you and prepare a service contract exactly as you need it.
It usually consists of a standard preventive service of the spectrometer or microscope, which includes annual inspection and maintenance of the instrument. In case of interest, we can extend this service with other services such as spectrometer validation, pharmacopoeia tests (according to PhEUR, PhJap, USP, ČL, etc.), preventive replacements of components or remote device inspections.
